Timesheet Portal speeds up your pay and bill cycle and gives you the tools to track and manage projects and contracts in real time, online.
Our Timesheet Portal is an adaptable web-based application, and will work for you whether you're project based or service.
It records time & expenses, helps CMEx pay our vendors faster.

Once you get access to our billing portal, you will be able to:
- Submit your timesheets on daily basis
- Review timesheets on weekly basis
Portal login
- Once your sign-in is enabled by CMEx, you shall receive an email notification with invitation details.
- You may accept the invitation and set your new password to access the portal .
Please check your spam / Junk box for invitation email, if not received in the regular Inbox.

Dashboard
It gives you a quick summary of your time entries for a day / week / Month / Year
My Times
You can view all your timesheet entries using My Times view.
It allows you to sort / filter time entry data.
Calendar
Portal provides a calendar view, which displays your timesheet entries in a easy readable format. You can choose between a monthly, weekly and daily view.
Reporting
This view is provided to view time entries submitted by activity for a week / Month.
Time Writing Process
- To make a new time entry, click on play button which is on the right top corner of the screen.
- When you see a pop-up window for a new time entry, you may start filling the details.
- From: Select the date for which you want to make a time entry.
- Duration: Enter the time spent details in min / hours.
- Project: Select the project you are assigned with.
- Activity: Select relevant project activity you worked up-on.
- Description: Enter the details of activity and your contribution towards it.
- Click on Save
By default, when you try to make a new time entry, system clock starts from 09:00 AM. You may have to adjust clock to make multiple time entries in a given day.
Timesheet entries with out proper description will be rejected.
